About this form

This form is for eligible Minnesota residents to register to vote. Learn about your eligibility to vote

If you are a participant in Minnesota's Safe at Home Address Confidentiality Program, do not use this form to register to vote. Contact Safe at Home at 1-866-723-3035.

You must answer all questions in order to register. You will have 10 minutes to complete each step of this application. If you do not finish a step within that time, you will start over at Step 1.

Step 1. Eligibility

If you do not see your street listed:

  • Search for variations of your street's name or spelling (for example, Hwy 7 instead of Broadway).
